David L. Jarvis performs real estate due diligence and provides services to clients and the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group in all aspects of the real estate transaction life cycle, from contract negotiation to closing. David also provides legal services under the direction and supervision of Miller Canfield’s attorneys in a wide variety of real property transaction types involving development, financing, construction, leasing, sales and purchases, and so forth.
