Colin M. Battersby

Colin M. Battersby’s practice area is commercial litigation. As a newly licensed attorney (November 2007), Colin has worked to achieve positive results for clients in numerous representative matters ranging from claims involving breach of contract or warranty to personal injury defense. Going forward, he hopes to add to his increasingly diverse practice by pursuing his interest in copyright and trademark law while continuing to offer a high level of service to all clients of the firm.
