Employers are obligated to follow an alphabet soup of employment laws and regulations, and Bruce D. Olson is well prepared to guide them through the difficult process. His practice is devoted to counseling employers on all aspects of employment and benefit matters and defending employers in related litigation in federal and state courts and before government agencies. Bruce understands that there are no cookie-cutter solutions to employment issues. Sometimes the process involves creating and implementing corporate-wide policies; other times it involves carefully reviewing the facts pertaining to an individual employee’s situation.
“When litigation does arise, my job is to manage the dispute. This involves formulating winning strategies and arguments to achieve my client’s business objectives.”
Bruce D. Olson
With his extensive background in labor, equal employment, ERISA, benefit and all other employment matters, Bruce has a particularly outstanding track record in defending his clients against retaliation claims. He also has achieved great success in educating his clients on how to avoid such claims.
