Bruce's practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation where he regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court, Commercial Court, Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Since being called to the Ontario Bar in 1999, Bruce has represented clients on a diverse number of issues including employment matters, insurance, commercial disputes, injunctions, shareholder disputes, mortgage enforcement, debtor creditor actions, commercial tenancy, and real estate. In addition to Superior Court, Bruce regularly attends various tribunal, arbitration, and mediation hearings.
"Good litigators must be careful not to get caught up in the "process." I work closely with my clients to get to the bottom of their issues and come up with a practical strategy that makes sense for them."
