Beverly J. Clover has a strong background in all aspects of general litigation, particularly in matters involving breach of contract, family law, personal injury and condemnation law. Her primary roles are to help clients navigate the legal process from beginning to end and to handle witness contacts and interviews. Beverly has extensive experience in drafting complaints and answers, discovery responses and requests in addition to supervising document review and document production. She also assists with preparation for hearings, depositions and trials, provides trial support, and handles post-judgment matters.
