He spots and negotiates issues in leases that help his clients avoid future problems and hidden lease costs. He also has experience in the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of commercial, industrial and vacant properties.
“The practice of law is a vocation of service. I am committed to helping clients accomplish their goals and build their businesses.”

Experience
Alexander stepped in at the last minute to prepare a complicated sublease and sub-sublease arrangement to facilitate the client's disposition of one of its corporate divisions. The client had been focusing on the corporate side of the transaction and left the real estate portion of the deal to the end. To help the client meet its closing deadline, he responded quickly to prepare and finalize the sublease and sub-sublease documents.
“Responsiveness to a client's needs is a top priority for me. I facilitated the last part of the deal and helped our client meet its deadline and close an important sale.”
