Alan has an extensive background in real estate transactions, governmental litigation and representing municipal governments relative to new economic development, rehabilitation projects, and collection of tax revenues.  

In addition, Alan has experience in numerous licensing and regulatory matters involving the state of Michigan.  

During law school, Alan served as an intern at the Michigan Court of Appeals under the Honorable Bill Schuette, currently the Attorney General for the state of Michigan.
