Ahmed Farahat focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation. He has worked with clients on matters involving contractual disputes, business torts, shareholder remedies, and commercial real estate litigation. Ahmed has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, and a variety of administrative boards and tribunals.
