Adam B. Norlander’s expertise includes structuring and documenting commercial, agented and syndicated loan facilities including loan facilities for waste industry and international borrowers in a timeframe conducive to both the client and borrower. Adam represents financial institutions in loan transactions including middle market lending, asset-based loans, private lending, letters of credit, real estate financing, multi-rate, and multi-currency loans and facilities. His practice area also encompasses commercial real estate law including acquisitions, sales and commercial leasing; and general corporate matters including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions.
