Adam S. Forman's practice focuses on defending claims of wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage and hour issues. He also represents management in labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges and collective bargaining. He frequently writes and lectures on issues related to technology in the workplace and trains workforces on how to conduct a workplace investigation.
Adam is the firm liason for the Employment Law Alliance (ELA), a powerful legal resource for clients facing national and international employment issues and a network of the best labor and employment attorneys in the world.
