Adam's practice focuses on defending claims of wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage and hour issues. 

He represents management in labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges and collective bargaining. Adam trains workforces on employment law topics, such as how to conduct a workplace investigation. He frequently writes and lectures nationally on issues related to technology in the workplace, such as social media, internet and privacy issues facing employers, and is often interviewed by newspapers, radio and legal blogs on these topics.

Adam is the firm liaison for the Employment Law Alliance (ELA), a powerful legal resource for clients facing national and international employment issues and a network of the best labor and employment attorneys in the world.
